Bankvic, legally known as Police Financial Services Limited, is an Australian mutual bank established in 1974. It was originally founded to serve the financial needs of Victoria Police officers and has since expanded its membership to include those in the health, emergency, and public service sectors, along with their families. As a member-owned institution, its profits are reinvested back into the bank to provide better products, services, and rates for its members, rather than generating dividends for shareholders.
