Archib Venture Advisers is a corporate finance advisory boutique assisting clients in trade sales, acquisitions and capital fundraisings. Clients are successful small and medium sized growth companies within the technology, telecom, software, Internet, media, renewable energy and service sectors. Clients also include fund capital management companies seeking additional portfolio company funding, add-on acquisition, trade sale exit or secondary sale options. The mandates are targeting local and cross-border, industrial as well as financial companies, depending upon the clients’ company characteristics. It is Archib’s belief that crucial parts of the process are to identify the key and the premium target candidates that make strategic sense for clients’ particular business, and thereafter select timing as well as strategy for the approach for each of the accredited buyer or investor. Archib’s active and time-dedicated processes are designed to create multiple strategic option alternatives by attracting competition among potential acquirers and investors, that helps driving valuation multiples and chances of closing a successful win-win transaction. In the advisory assignments Archib can either take the lead in project management, including full co-ordination and execution power responsibility, or on a consulting basis assist clients in the transaction process from start to finish.
