Bad

Sterling bank has proven to be fraudulent and that their one customer branding is a sham. A lump sum was deducted from my account and all I’ve gotten are flimsy excuses for over a month. Open and read my full review for details

What do you dislike about Sterling Bank ?

A large sum was removed from my account. They claim it was a card transaction, yet I got no OTP (Nor Alerts) and the card has never worked for online transactions since I got it. For over a month, no resolution. They keep saying they’re still investigating.
