Reviewed to Raceoption

I never thought that I’d be praising the customer support, but RaceOption has done it. There was a trading session that had a lot of volatility and I came across some technical issues with the platform. First, the support team was able to resolve the issue in question conclusively and secondly, they took their time to explain to me what could have happened and gave some tips on how to prevent it. It has increased my confidence in the platform to this level of care that I probably wouldn’t have received elsewhere. It would be useful to have a phone callback option, however, the current alternative paths of communication are sufficient.
