Zenith Bank is a seasoned commercial bank that has been in operation for decades. I opened a savings account more than 15 years ago but am not currently using the bank due to past experiences. One of the experiences is that my account got debited due to a dispense error, and it took a very long time to get my money back, which is very painful.

What I dislike about Zenith Bank is that it sometimes causes problems in the area of logging in to the bank app, as I may not be able to log in for a whole day sometimes, which is frustrating.
