In 2016, CFH Group was acquired by Playtech PLC, a major publicly-listed financial technology company. Subsequently, Playtech consolidated its financial division, including CFH and other acquisitions, under the single brand "Finalto" in 2021. Today, the services and expertise of the former CFH entity form a core part of Finalto's institutional liquidity and technology offerings.
